In its 35 years of success in Manhattan, Green Mansions Catering has taken part in all of the of exciting culinary trends, constantly updating a special collection of menu choices. Chef Andriani, a graduate of the French Culinary School in Nice, and his incredibly talented team of sous chefs have perfected the culinary art of combining modern and classic styles, as well as trendy and original tastes, into delicious and creative cullinary selections, paired with unbeatable staff services. The chef, with the founder, participate in culinary societies and regularly work with consulting chefs to offer expertise in their specialty. The word Green was recently added to the companys' name in honor of the 35th Anniversary of the catering company, Green signifying the constant cullinary rebirth and the passionate renewal of the our catering services.
